The ideal candidate will have a positive, professional attitude, be capable of communicating effectively and work well with others.
Our staff is trained in all areas including front office duties such as answering phones, setting up appointments and checking clients in and out.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets in a professional manner.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries from clients and other veterinary professionals.
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment book.
Maintain client records, including medical history, medications, and vaccinations.
Assist the veterinarian with patient care as needed.
Provide customer service to clients, including providing information about services and products offered by the practice.
