We are looking for a highly motivated, client service representative to share in the goal of providing the best possible care for our patients in a positive and friendly work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent client communication skills, be professional, be hardworking and friendly.

Qualifications:
Good listening skills High School Diploma or equivalent Compassion Communication skills At least 6 months of customer service experience Knowledge of a variety of animal species Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
Communicating via phone, email, and/ or in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns.
Scheduling appointments and using our computer information system to accurately process client payments and maintaining patient records.
Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies.
Care for animals by bathing, feeding, watering, and exercising Assist in holding and restraining animals during exams and surgical procedures Clean and sterilize instruments, equipment, and tools Ensure exam and operating rooms are stocked and sterilized Change animal bandages, bedding, and kennel materials Ensure all cages and kennels are clean Administer medications Assist in collecting samples such as blood or urine for testing Communicate with owners and families on surgery and recovery instructions Skills/Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or course credit in veterinary technology or animal science from an American Veterinary Medical Association-accredited program a plus Expert animal handling skills Excellent communication skills Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks depending on needs Good organizational skills Technical know-how in areas such as disinfection, administering medication, and using diagnostic equipment Computer skills to maintain medical records about animals in veterinary software Job Type:
